Do you guys think its best I talk with him alone on my own or ask my dad and his brother and we all have a sit down talk about the future of the farm and lettings us have more control. Only thing with going alone is it may stir up controversy between me and my family.
Personally I'd talk to him alone first to get his honest opinion without others swaying the conversation. If that goes well involve everyone that's part of the operation. Be transparent with everyone. That's my opinion, but every situation is different and you know all involved and we don't |
