No experience yet, but I was recently quoted $250/hour with a $2,000 minimum as I'm needing to reclaim 10' to 25' of brush inside almost 2 miles of junk fence that is directly over two fairly shallow fiber optic lines. I watched him work on a neighbor this fall and thought it looked cheaper to hire him than rent one to put on my machine.

The state used one on their banks this summer. It leaves some very ugly trees behind if you're just trimming limbs leaning over the line. Apparently, they don't like woven wire fences either.
