Frederick, Md | I don’t have much input for the operation working or not working. As I feel yall probably need to sit down and figure some things out.
We are an ex dairy operation that went to Simmental seedstock, and it’s working out pretty good for us.
What I wanted to comment on was that I think you need to leave the operation, gain some skills or knowledge that you can bring back to the operation and make it better. I’ve always felt that the ones just waiting to get more control are the ones that also tend to lose it. By leaving and coming back with fresh ideas and knowledge also shows that you can run things when it’s your time. I speak from experience here. | |
