Bottom of the Mitten | What part or parts are not working? How big of an operation is this and how many people/families are trying to live off it? Is everybody that's living from the farm investing their capital and their time, trying to grow the operation to a sustainable size? Are feed costs too high? Machinery issues? Does marketing need work? Does the 85 year old recognize the problem and can't get the others on board to help out to fix it? Does everybody involved have the same goals? There's lots of people here willing to give good advice but some more info would be helpful
