Northern IL | I think your asking about weaning the calf off milk not off of the bottle. We keep calves on milk for 8 weeks total. The last week we go to just morning feeding then stop after that. Unless its a smaller calf or the weather is bad. We don't water down the mix because we always have calves on bottles at different stages and don't want to keep track of which bottles go to which calves. | |
