I use a Milwaukee m12 rotary tool along with the correct size grinding stones from Oregon. It works great and I can sharpen them quick in the field if I hit a piece of fence. I buy the Oregon chains that have an angle line on the top of the teeth about 1/8" from the back so I can keep the correct angle. It might not be the same as new but it does a really good job.
