I have a file for "on site" touchup but https://www.amazon.com/Dremel-1453-Sharpening-Accessory-Attachment/d... is really nice for home use. Just a light touch per link. Once you have a visible amount of tooth worn off then you need to file the rackers down some to expose the tooth more. The teeth have some relief to them so as they wear the height drops down.
