southern MN | I figured the fellas from around me - I'm in southern MN - would get a kick out of the $173 land rent average. I know some that pay 150, some that pay 250, And even more or less.
We've got more in land rent here than you have in the whole crop including rent. I realize, we have better ground or moisture and so it's all good, but just interesting how different areas, different numbers, gotta figure a way to make a go of it.
