Subject: New Gas Valve - Pressure incorrect -- Nat gas


Lone Wolf Ok		earlier I posted that I had a gas valve that 'melted' (electrical portion)

Armstrong All in One unit - everything is outside

New valve installed -- Could smell 'gas' -- in the hot exhaust.

used a manometer and found that gas pressure of new valve was set for 6" (WC) not the 3.5" for Natural gas.

This was a new valve - nothing indicated that the installer had to check pressure.
