You'll be fine for a while. I ran Windows 7 well after Microsoft support ended, but finally gave it up when Firefox and Chrome became so buggy, they were difficult to use. Updates were still being released for those browsers, but it was likely the interns doing those updates while all the experienced crew was working on Win 10.
