I have a tough time taking money from NRCS and have to follow any rules they put on what I have to do, but also admit I don’t know what those may be lol! What’s a quick rundown on their rules/regs? At this point I thought even blowing on some oats in Feb and lightly discing to incorporate would be all I could do this year.
