Anyone with a decent sized forklift or telehandler will be able to help you easy, I moved a 12R30 Deere stack fold around with a 8K telehandler very easily last winter when I hauled one, most dealers in that area should also have an attachment on a payloader to lift them as 3 point type equipment is very common in that area also.
