That money can be used to close schools and hire compatent adminastrators, fire all the teachers and rehire compatent teachers. Acturally close schools and restructure the district. Open charter schools, that do not need to be part of the teachers union, and hire SKILLED personal and make them accountable - hire Performance Managers . . . . As you have pointed out, it's time to take back the schooling, teaching and learning for our children and it starts with discipline, morals and values. Water boarding some of the hoods would be a acceptable method of discipline if I were on a school board . . . .
