It will. It will not say "SF-RTK" on the main run page of the GS2 because at the time there was only SF2/SF3, but you will still have SF-RTK if you go into the "Receiver" tab from the main menu like usual. Just a software limitation.
Had a guy run 6000 globe with SF3 with a brown box once.
