There is something to be said about teenagers operating tractors and combines on the road. There should be some minimum age and qualifications. I had to stop and help the neighbors kid last year. 13 years old with a IH 1206 pulling two full hay racks down the road. He can barely push the clutch in on the tractor. The tractor stops and he can't get it started. He doesn't know what to do. That is too young be on his own.
