Whitewater, WI | We have an earthquake one man post hole digger. Maybe the same one. I broke the pull rope for it over the summer and when I pulled it apart the stainless wind spring in it was broke as well. I think I just googled earthquake post hole parts and I ended up buying an entire replacement pull assembly off amazon, with the screws, for about $15. I don't know if a lot of those types of engines are the same or they just haven't changed it in years but it's probably on there.
