Subject: RE: Something is seriously WRONG when a person can NOT defend himself..

Kittitas Co. Wa. State

I don't give a rats "rear end" if the person is in school.

If a kid is bullied and complains and nothing is done about it by the school. Then the child has every right to defend themselves. (they did before but since the school assumes responsibility they get a chance first)

Far as 4020's situation,, That school would NOT like a visit from my Attorney.

The school was warned repeatedly and Failed, at that point the kid did exactly as anyone has the right to do, defend himself.  The kid should not have been punished in anyway shape or form.  School should be sued, Principle should be sued personally and as represenative of the school.

TOTAL FAILURE,, and 4020's kid will have this on his record at least until he is 18.

People get the school system and School Officials they are willing to put up with.

THERE IS A VERY CLEAR DISTINCT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEING A BULLY,,,

and Standing up for yourself.

Clearly Schools and School administrators are to stoopid to know the difference !!
