House next to my farm shop sold last week. 8 acres total, 3 tillable, nice 2 car shop with hoist, cold storage, horse stalls and pasture. Roughly 3K square foot house with attached 2 car garage. I own the land on 3 sides of it, and the 4th side is 200' off the neighbors barn so ZERO chance of more acres.

They listed it for 625K, lowered it to 599K 2 weeks later. I have yet to hear what it sold for but county taxes value it at 465K.....

Crazy what land is going for, but I'll still keep buying. Land holds its value relative to inflation, there's always a buyer.
