SC North Dakota | I always enjoy these though exercises and strive to make my own better. One thing I'm curious about is how do you split equipment use among enterprises? Estimate tractor hours for each one? Then how do you arrive at a value per tractor hour?? Use rental rates, custom rates, actual cost? The best advice I could give that hasn't been said is once you set yourself up on a system, be consistent year over year so to better compare and track trends in the operation. | |
