Galena IL | For me I Constantly I’m figuring out cost and return in my head or on scratch paper. I don’t go for the exact penny amount but I can come real close. For example I know it takes approximately 7 pounds of 0% moisture feed to produce 1 pound of beef. For The cost of raising corn it’s not that hard, The cost of a bag of seed for me I divide by 2.5 it gets me my cost per acre same with every other input. On the production side if you carry crop insurance the adjuster will come and measure everything and they come out very close. My emails in my profile if you want to get my phone number I would visit with you. In a few weeks I will have to put a cash flow together to keep my banker happy and I’ve been at this for over 50 years. A Cash flow sheet is one of the most important things that can be done for the year. If you wanna get somewhere you got to know where you’re going... Dennis
