| It does seem RFK Jr was something of a populist pick. Why is he perceived as less corrupt or more truthful? They all have agendas. They all take money.
Regarding health, it's been taught that a diet of more vegetables and less processed food is better for you my entire life. Honestly just eat a lot of vegetables, meat, throw in some fruit but don't go nuts, and that is a very good diet. Get some excersize, a little sweat everday. RFK Jr did not enlighten anyone on this, this has been told to all of us. The info has always been there, human nature is to take the easy route and deflect responsibility I suppose. | |
