Northwest IA. Near Ft. Dodge
We used to use a 45 foot wil-rich with harrow off and 1/2 the shanks off. I think you could pull it with a 2wd 175 horse tractor. Used it in fall before freeze up. Used a few times in spring on super wet years to try and dry the ground out so we could get through a day later with our normal field cultivator. Paid $1400 for it years ago.
