97,000 bu of corn to make 30,000 bu of DDGS
Every hog feeder in the country has been feeding the max DDG's for years because it reduced the amount of high price soybean meal needed in the ration and the hog guys had to do everything possible to reduce their losses the last few years. This is old news. Hogs are gaining slower this year due to low test weight corn and using more corn per hd. The fact is less corn is left.
