| Yes and in my opinion a large segment of the population does not even know that they aren’t metabolically healthy. I know I certainly wasn’t for many years.
My diet has slowly changed significantly over the last few years and now I often skip breakfast and don’t even miss it. Actually this fall when I was busy in the field I would often not eat at all until 7-9pm and I wasn’t even what I would have described as hungry at all. I never would have imagined it possible until I changed my diet to be much more keto than carb based. I still slip up, mainly in the evenings, with some junk food snacks but even with those just being conscious of how unhealthy they actually are helps moderate that a lot. | |
