| I use geo then a layer of 2" then what is called 1/2 or 1" base rock here. Have had two corrals with this application for over 20 years and only have to add a little base rock in places once every 5 years or so. Also use it along feed bunks and it is better than crete IMHO in that water goes through and doesn't cause a mudhole off the solid surface.
I believe a layer of larger rock under the finer material is absolutely necessary. | |
