| I've finally gotten back into cooking and I like simple and easy. This is what I did the other night. You can use fresh stuff veggies, but this is what I had in the cabinet.
Here's the procedure:
Salmon filets
Dried chopped onions
Dried minced garlic
Old Bay
McCormick's Sante Fe sauce
Spray glass cooking dish with non-stick spray
Place Salmon skin side down
Coat fillet with Santa Fe sauce
Sprinkle Old Bay
Sprinkle chopped onions
Sprinkle minced garlic
Bake at 375 degrees until Salmon is done (see white stuff ooze out of fillet)....usually 30 minutes, but check it.
