Bought a nearly 1 year old 79 Chev. half ton and it had a 305 and a 4.10 rear.
What junk , as the fuel was 6 MPG at best and the motor lasted 2 years when i got it.
Put a 6 in it and it was better on gas .
I wondered why someone would trade a nearly new truck in and wasn't long knowing why.
