Is this virtual rtk or the true rtk that is used?


It's both, with limited KS coverage for true rtk (click on True RTK)

I suspect weather modeling software is used inconjunction with "their" base stations, which may cost around $2k each or more per station for equipment. CASE IH has a similiar setup, but their servers are in Europe. A good homebuilt base station for about 30km (19 miles) and more range can be built for $2k down to $1k. Be nice to know what equipment these base stations are using. Higher quality GNSS antennas, at a lower price, can be bought via AliExpress
