It’s a Taylor Wing. About 6’ long, $600, IIRC.

They were located in California, but I’m not sure they are still in business. I just looked, and couldn’t find them.

There are other manufacturers that make similar boxes. Big Iron sold some used ones made of aluminum in the last year or so.
