Thumb of Michigan | I don't think you can word an agreement, but you could let them both know the situation. Sounds like one should put in an access (assuming it has ROW) at some point. Unfortunately, when one piece disappears, so does other one shortly (depending upon the length of your agreement).
Perhaps best to have same length of agreements with same number of years on both pieces that continues if property is sold? | |
