It's pretty cheap to give her a shot. Run her with your replacements and walk through them. If she is flighty, and doesn't calm down before bull time, adios. I can count on one hand the number of spooks I've gotten from my calm cows, but if I keep one out of a spooky cow, it's a coin toss at best.
