SW Ohio | Have a farm that went thru an estate and divided into multiple long skinny rectangles, like one unit wide and ten units long. Over time I am left with only two "strips" each owned by unrelated parties, call them the Left farm and the Right farm. The strips involve five separate field areas divided by fence lines or ditches, access to some parts require entering Right field to get to Left field, and only Left has road access entrance. The crop rows go across both halves due to shape and topography, going the other way would be near impossible and inefficient. IF I don't have have both strips it doesn't make sense to farm one or the other alone. All my rentals have a written contract. My question is how can I word an agreement That makes it contingent on having both, even though they may have different details? | |
