Just north of I-90 in SW MN | Have the new Raven NH3 cooler (50 gpm) and I'm unable to maintain rate. With the controller in Manual Mode at a constant speed the flow meter is jumping 20-50 lbs/minute. We have cleaned everything as best as we can but are not having success. Have had 3 conversations with the tech guys at C & R where I purchased cooler and everyone is scratching their heads. Any help/ideas would be appreciated.

Raven AccuFlow Vortex with 2 valves
2- 1 1/4 feed lines from tanks
Plumbing on cooler is 1 1/2
