That's a bad one, the grease worms got to it a long time ago....
The right way to fix it is to bore it out and bush it back to size of course, but it's hard to find anybody to do that anymore...I think the guy here has retired, he did a lot of them.
The titanium putty is worth a shot, I have used it in a few other applications, it's tough stuff. Tougher than JB weld....
I fixed a 5000 Ford by buying a big adjustable reamer and reaming it for an oversized bushing, took a long time but the owner thought it was worth it.
The flaw in the JD design is that the zerk is in the bottom, there's a passage in the casting that takes the grease around to the top of the bushing where it needs to be. But if it's neglected the grease hardens up in the passage and it won't take grease anymore.
Those bushings need to be greased every time the tractor is fueled up, not once or twice a year...
