Anderson plug, winch power connector, snap connector, quick disconnect.... Depends on the size and shape of the end as to the specific name.
There's a thin sheet metal tab inside that locks it in. Stick a thin pocket screwdriver in the front allowing the tab to lift up. Slide the wire and spade out the back.
What end is this ?
