Are you able to turn the key all the way off?
Wife has a 2011 Impala, if we don't let off the brake between reverse and park, it won't let the key turn all the way off. (can't hold brake and put shifter in park). Have never attempted to fix it as just the wife and I drive it, and we have gotten used to it.
