I ran a 893 on a 9650sts for 2 years with no issues at 4mph. And yes that was in 250+ bushel corn. It never struggled in corn, but 70 bushel greenstem beans pushing a 630f unloading on the go the 8.1 had its hands full. As for the OP question i think you need the hd reverser or direct drive, I don't think the standard reverser is gonna handle a chopping head.
