I've wanted one of those for a long time after seeing one on a farmers Youtube channel, but I've been scared to hit the 'Get Quote' button. I love the idea, just not sure I'd like the price tag.
I was the in the same boat but finally jumped overboard. This one is expandable adding up to 4 more feeders to the first one. Which would give about 45' of "bunk" space on each side.
I did find one guy using a similar system with his finishing cattle. He sells to mainly direct customers, takes 5-6 at a time to butcher. So, every couple of weeks hauls those 5 in, seems the bullies/larger ones get weeded out first for some odd reason. |
