EC IA | Our main split this year was 1027AM next to 70B4. Pioneer was about $70/bag more, but yielded 9-12 bu/ac better on whole-field split planter trials. Depending on how you figure, it comes out pretty close to a wash, maybe slight advantage to the Pioneer. The 1027 has been good for us 2 years in a row, with 2023 being pretty dry and 2024 being close to perfect for rainfall. | |
