I think the question most people have is ownership. Who holds the keys to the vault? And can they just walk away with your money? Alternatively, if no one has the key, what happens if the power goes out? I haven't taken the time to research, so maybe the answers are easy. But if no one can be held accountable, it's difficult to trust the system.

SO you trust Dollars, Ruples, whatever the Chinese are using for monetary exchange (Yen) --Currency used in Brasil
Try to get dollars out of the bank after the power is out --try to use your credit card

I don't trust any of them -BC somewhat seems just as safe and it's going up

How the hell are you going to get to bitcoin when the power is out. At least with cash and land I can somewhat survive. Bitcoin is still thin air worthless if all hell breaks loose. And I’m being serious. Does it have some special power I don’t know about. Help me understand why it’s anything more than a digital idea with zero value once you stop believing in it.

What kind of power outage we talking about, the whole world for ever….If that’s the case any type of currency will be useless bartering for energy/food/shelter/ will be your only concerns, nothing else;)
