Missouri | I’ve got to give it to Garvo for having the most intelligent line in the thread. “now would be a good time to set empty.” No one can say if it is about to fall out of bed and get dramatically cheaper or just stay the same. But there’s no denying that this cattle cycle has reached if not a high, almost a high, and if you are buying in, the odds are probably not in your favor. It could certainly stay good for another year or two, but at the current interest rates and high initial cost of feeders your profits probably won’t be jaw-dropping by any means. | |
