Cedar Rapids, Iowa | The Pro 1200 display has a spot for NTRIP settings to get correction data for the Vector Pro. I believe the NTRIP function requires a cellular subscription for the tractor's internal cell modem, but I thought I read they come with 5 years of service when you buy one of these tractors.
The Vector Pro uses a NovAtel OEM7700 receiver card inside, so it's pretty close to the same functionality as a lot of other NovAtel receivers and the Ag Leader 7500. That card normally would accept CMR+ correction data as long as it is GPS only, but I don't think there is any way to configure that input mode with the Pro 1200. It's intended to use RTCM 3.x correction data from the GPS+GLONASS base, or MSM4 messages from a quad-constellation base. You're better off with RTCM 3 or MSM4 anyway just so it can use more satellites than what you would get with CMR+. | |
