I had the opposite problem with them. They showed my truck as totaled when it wasn’t because of a side swipe that caused 35% damage. My dealer got it changed.

Be careful of cheap cars/ trucks. May have been in a flood and cleaned up. Those will have  major problems come back to haunt you.
