sounds like the school will not take care of it until there is a big issue......your lawyer can be that issue......I would say have your kid kick his teeth in and stomp his head when he is down, but after reading JD4020s post I would suggest a bit more CYA with a lawyer verifying contact and perhaps a restraining order against the other kid AND FAMILY before your son beats him down
a restraining order would be a big issue for the district to deal with | |
