Well the intital post was looking at comparison to retail price that would've encompassed all those costs regardless of who did what and how Salatin was Xx the price.
I was commenting on the whole of the system that his way gets full price, yet most in the system discount their prices far below his. Is the customer right? Or is it an indictment against more common production system?
