Our Walmart sells Choice steaks. In fact, HyVee is the only place locally that stocks Select (but they also carry Choice and Prime). The American cattle feeders are doing a heck of a job producing high quality products in my opinion. I do agree that a lot of tubed hamburger is cow meat.
