Hard to tell but should be shooting for 7-9 bushels per thousand plants. being north like you I would shoot closer to the 7.


You're funny. 7 bushels per thousand in Alberta? If he could manage 6 that would be a bin buster. The longest maturity corn he would dare plant in a perfect spring would be 83 day, and that might be pushing expecting enough GDUs.
