I hate the idea of houses being built next to ground that we farm more than solar farm. Do not make laws that restricts solar more than the houses.

In my county they made a law that restricts how close solar can be placed to houses on neighbors property.( I think it is a 1000 ft setback) Why should what the neighbor does on their property affect what is allowed to be done on my property? They should also make a law that houses can not be built within 1000 ft of property line and that any houses within this range need to be removed.

What problem does solar panels cause for neighbors that is not caused by houses?  Seems to me that houses will cause more problems for neighbors than solar.
