Subject: RR (Plenish) Soybean spray program questions

NC PA
We grow some Plenish beans for our dairy and we are having some trouble with our spray program.
Here is what we been doing. The first pass has worked well for our E3 beans with Liberty in the second pass.
First pass
Glyphosate @ 1qt/ac
2,4D @ 1 pt/ac
Sulfen Met @ 16 oz/ac (sulfentrazone and metribuzin)
WeatherGard Complete @ 1qt/100gal

Second pass
Glyphosate @ 1 qt/ac
Classic @ 0.75 oz/ac
Outlook @ 1 pt/ac
WeatherGard Complete @ 1qt/100gal

Our main problem weeds are glyphosate and ALS resistant common ragweed and marestail.
How many group 14 herbicides can we run in one year? We are trying some fall burndown this year with 24d, dicamba, and 3 oz Valor. Can we run another group 14 with 1st and 2nd pass?
What about more residuals?
Or do you have a program for Nongmo/RR beans that you like that I should try?

BTW most of our ground is varying degrees of shaly with a CEC around 8-10.
Thanks
