Faunsdale, AL | Here, the two cylinder options are
1 the acetylene POL (AGA 510) used on larger acetylene cylinders and smaller propane tanks with a left hand male thread screwing into the female of the cylinder valve
2 the B cylinder valve which is a male thread on the cylinder (the AGA 520 connection I think) which is used on smaller acetylene cylinders.
There’s an adapter for sale in the link above (Western enterprises 317) that has a female nut that screws on the B cylinder external/male right hand thread and the other end has a female left hand thread for the POL male on the regulator connection.
